This hands-on, evening-based role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction to adult students enrolled in our new HVACR Program.You'll bring the classroom to life by connecting real-world HVACR experience with practical application, helping students build both technical knowledge and confidence as they advance in the trade.In this role, you will:Instruct and Inspire: Deliver engaging National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum, helping students connect theory to real-world jobsite application.Create Dynamic Learning Environments: Foster a professional, respectful classroom and lab setting where adult learners feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow.Bridge Classroom and Field: Lead hands-on lab activities that reinforce key HVACR concepts, tools, and troubleshooting skills.Lead with Precision: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship program requirements.Ensure Excellence: Participate in required professional development days and uphold WMCI's standards for safety, instruction, and program delivery.ABOUT YOU You're a skilled HVACR professional who takes pride in your craft and is ready to invest in the next generation. You understand that great instruction goes beyond technical expertise, it's about communication, patience, and mentorship.You're comfortable breaking down complex concepts, sharing real-world examples, and supporting adult learners at different stages of their development.
