Nurse Practitioner Or Physician AssistantWork Schedule: 1.0 FTE. Monday through Friday, with 10 call days a month. You will work in Beaver Dam, WI.Be part of something remarkable.We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:Provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care through a team-based, patient-centered approachSupport general orthopedics and specialized serviced in hand and upper extremity care, joint revision, and foot and ankle surgeryAssist with casting and x-rayAssist in the OR, along with IP rounding and clinic follow ups.Education: Minimum –If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing ProgramIf Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA ProgramLicenses and Certifications: Minimum –If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APRN license in State of Wisconsin AND Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice.
