As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and facility operations. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and document observations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.71 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
