You will also partner with global product, technology, and service teams to shape and implement business strategies while cultivating a culture of learning, inclusion, and high performance, supporting the development and engagement of team members.Job responsibilitiesManage and deliver complex projects and programs within Trade & Working Capital Operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory standards.Provide direction and oversight to a global team, ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate execution of initiatives.Facilitate effective partnerships with product, technology, risk, compliance, audit, and legal teams to achieve project objectives.Lead initiatives focused on risk reduction, process improvement, and enhancing the client experience.Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and high performance.Prepare and present project reports, recommendations, and ROI analyses to senior management and stakeholders.Stay informed on industry and technology trends impacting Trade Finance to ensure compliance and operational readiness.Promote an inclusive environment to attract, develop, and retain talent, enhancing overall team engagement.Encourage ongoing professional development within the team.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsMinimum of 15 years of experience in Trade Finance, with a strong background in project and program management.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related discipline.Comprehensive knowledge of trade finance products, processes, and the regulatory landscape.Demonstrated ability to assess system infrastructure and develop robust business cases, including ROI analysis.Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven leadership skills with experience building and leading high-performing teams.Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsCDCS certification.
