General OR and trauma experience

Description:
The Operating Room Registered Nurse will provide care in a surgical setting.
This role includes working with surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
The nurse will be responsible for managing patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery.
Duties include assisting with various surgical procedures and maintaining a sterile environment.
Regular floating may be required between departments and units as needed.
Weekend shifts will be rotational as determined by departmental needs.
On-call duty will be necessary, requiring 1-2 weekdays per week and 2 weekends per 13 weeks.
A variety of surgical procedures will be conducted, and the nurse should have experience with them.
Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
The position demands a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care and outcomes.
Candidates must be adaptable and willing to respond to changing needs in the surgical environment.
This position may involve working with patients of various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
