Production Operator (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $19.80/hr ($18.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential)
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Training: Required on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) 4-8 weeks Position Overview The Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing products by operating equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining accurate production records. This position works collaboratively within the production team to achieve efficient processes and meet production targets. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment to convert raw materials into finished goods.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials and work-in-process items.
• Conduct routine in-process testing (measuring hardness, weight, pH, moisture content, etc.) to confirm products meet quality requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or product deficiencies to ensure optimal production.
• Follow established blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics for assembling products.
• Maintain running logs of production activity including orders received, work completed, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate workload, staffing, and equipment to align with production goals and inventory needs.
