Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to manage caseloads that include post-acute care, geriatrics, and rehabilitation following orthopedic and neurologic conditions preferred.
• Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Sunday through Saturday coverage indicated; schedule will be confirmed with the recruiter.
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
