SAP Data Entry / Clerical Support

Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking SAP Data Entry/ Clerical Support for a 7+ month contract opportunity located in Rockford, IL. This role is fully onsite. Position Summary Seeking two detail-oriented temporary clerical support team members to assist with transactional processing during a system transition from ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. This role will support day-to-day order and inventory transactions between systems to ensure continuity of operations across locations. While the work involves a high level of data entry, accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as these transactions directly impact order fulfillment and supply chain execution. Key Responsibilities Process and enter transactions in both ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA systems Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and related system transactions as required Support cross-system transaction flow between facilities operating in different SAP environments Validate data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly and timely Monitor transaction queues and follow up on incomplete or failed transactions Communicate with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies Maintain organized records of processed transactions and any issues encountered Escalate system or process issues as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred SAP experience (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) is a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow defined processes and work within structured systems Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency Work Environment Office/clerical environment within a distribution center High-volume transactional workload requiring focus and accuracy Collaboration with cross-functional teams Pay Rate- $20.00/ hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
