Responsibilities Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience (CE) and Power Platform solutions customized to meet client business needs. Manage teams focused on the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform based solutions. Act as an intermediary between business and technical communities to translate requirements into workable solution architecture. Lead cross‑functional teams with EY groups to pursue and deliver transformation engagements that bring client vision and strategy to life. Oversee implementation of enterprise solutions across all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Ensure solutions meet client needs and drive success through effective delivery management. Estimate effort required to deploy customized solutions using knowledge of Microsoft solutions. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers. Provide constructive on‑the‑job feedback and coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities. Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field (minimum 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience). Alternatively, 7 years of experience with a Master’s degree in a related field. 5 years of experience in system design and/or information systems. 5 years of experience with relational database concepts. 5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or Power Platform, including configurations and customizations. 5 years of experience supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams. 5 years of experience delivering client‑facing presentations. 6 years of experience translating business requirements into IT solutions, covering requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment. 2 years of experience supporting business development efforts in the RFP process, including response, research, proposal, client presentation, pricing, and/or SOW drafting. Domestic travel up to 50% required. Other suitable combinations of education, training, or experience are acceptable. Other Information Base salary: $218,410 per year.
