Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with patients via secure video conferencing platforms. As part of a community health clinic, you will be integrated into a team of interdisciplinary professionals focused on delivering comprehensive mental health services. The role offers flexibility within a structured scheduled environment, operating Monday to Friday with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Your role will involve a variety of essential tasks, all aimed at providing high-quality mental health care:

    Conduct thorough assessments through one-on-one teletherapy sessions to evaluate patient needs and mental health status.

    Perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations, compiling and analyzing patient medical data, including health history, and mental status examination findings.

    Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized behavioral health treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Utilize therapeutic modalities that align with patient needs as identified through assessments.

    Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, including examination results, treatment progress notes, and any updates to care plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Skyrise, you will cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals affected by anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health issues. Your therapeutic approach will be instrumental in addressing the unique needs of each patient, promoting resilience and recovery through personalized care and support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following educational and professional credentials:

    A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or a related discipline.

  • \n

    A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • \n

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.

  • \n

    Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

    Familiarity with electronic clinical systems and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of related experience is required, candidates with a history of teletherapy practice and bilingual capabilities in Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience managing a diverse caseload and utilizing various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
