Community Manager – Cabana | Huntsville, AL
Established Community (NOT a Lease-Up)
At Cabana, we’re looking for a Community Manager who knows how to close deals, drive occupancy, and coach a team to do the same.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven success in leasing performance and team leadership
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily property operations of a conventional apartment community
- Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and revenue growth
- Manage budgets, financials, and rent collections
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing leasing team
- Maintain property standards and curb appeal
- Deliver strong resident satisfaction and retention strategies
- Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies
