What's In Store For You: Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099) Opportunity to work on high-impact regulatory and reporting initiatives within a global banking environment Hybrid work setup with exposure to cross-functional teams Hands-on involvement across full project lifecycle (requirements through deployment) Opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders and technology teams on strategic initiatives How You Will Make An Impact: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams Support system testing, user training, and implementation of new solutions or enhancements Facilitate communication across stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision‑making and regulatory needs Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to drive regulatory technology initiatives? 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within financial services or regulatory environments Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Hands‑on experience with tools such as Excel, Visio, JIRA, and/or Tableau Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Experience supporting regulatory reporting or banking systems is highly preferred Certifications such as CBAP or PMI‑PBA are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
