Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-care techniques

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in acute care, orthopedic, and geriatric settings
• Strong knowledge of treatment planning and interventions
• BLS certification
• Ability to work with pediatric and adult populations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in pain management and discharge planning
• Specialization in specific diagnoses or conditions
• Knowledge of care planning for post-COVID rehabilitation
