Job Responsibilities Review files to determine status and appropriate next steps. Follow up with internal and external parties to resolve Follow up to ensure files move through litigation and post judgment process efficiently Obtain legal documents from court websites Import documents into the Firm’s case management system File legal documents with the court Assist with docket management Prepare, review, and assemble trial packages Generate and prepare legal documents for Attorney review Generate and track judgment documents Communicate with enforcement officers, courts, banks, process servers, attorneys, and consumers Record information in the Firm’s case management system Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) At least two-years general office experience with at least one-year legal office experience or equivalent education Knowledge of legal principles and legal terminology. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to work with databases and on-line technological platforms Ability to be self‑reliant and able to initiate communication with management Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to be detail‑oriented, diligent, and flexible Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow‑up Proficient command of the English language in both oral and written format Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner Ability to operate basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, and computer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott-
