What We're Looking For:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Strong skills in report writing and documentation
• Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals and progress tracking
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students’ physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized PT interventions aligned with IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records and reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input
• Support a positive and inclusive school environment
