Role Overview

The Showroom Operations Associate supports day-to-day operations in our Naples showroom and warehouse, keeping merchandise organized, the environment safe, and the sales floor ready for customers. This is a full-time, onsite position in a retail/furniture industry setting with a strong focus on inventory flow, hands-on maintenance, and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Move, wrap, stage, and re-position furniture and accessories
- Assist with shipping/receiving, deliveries as needed, and restocking supplies
- Support inventory tasks and basic computer entry
- Perform basic cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, trash) to maintain a polished space
- Complete touch-up painting and light maintenance (air filters, ceiling tiles, minor plumbing)
- Hang pictures/accessories and walk/flip area rugs

Required qualifications/skills:
- Maintenance and painting experience; comfort working in retail operations and around furniture
- Customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a background check
- Available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9–5

Showroom Rhythm

Your morning starts with a quick sweep of the showroom and stockroom noting what needs attention. Taking direction from the manager and visual merchandiser, you will complete a variety of projects and tasks as needed. This will include maintenance, painting, touch ups, assisting designers and customers with handling product. Throughout the day, you’ll work in the showroom or back-of-house adjusting inventory, displays, replenishing accessories, moving light furniture, flipping rugs, and or maintaining the building.
