DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Consultant (LMS Implementation) for a remote or hybrid Contract position in Tarrytown, NY. Hybrid is preferred.Summary:We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation focused on a Cornerstone On Demand learning and training systems rollout for 25K users globally. This role will partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams to drive user adoption, readiness, and engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute change management strategies and plans* Conduct stakeholder assessments and organizational readiness activities* Create and deliver communications to support awareness and adoption* Build and manage a network of change champions* Coordinate training readiness and support adoption efforts* Define and track change metrics and success measures* Provide change support during go-live and post-implementation stabilizationRequirements* Experience leading change management initiatives for enterprise system implementations* Experience supporting digital transformation, HR technology, or learning platform projects preferred* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and organizational assessment skills* Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams* Change management certification (Prosci, preferred)Why Apply?Join a high-impact transformation initiative where you'll help drive successful adoption of a critical enterprise platform and shape the employee experience for a global workforce.Job TypeContractCompensation50 - $70
