Where You Will Work: Our regional corporate office is located in Bethesda, MD. Job Description We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our East Operations Team in Bethesda, MD who will: Prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs. Diagnose complex situations, and present possible solutions to business leaders.. Responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility. Participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning. Tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions). Assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations. Real Estate experience is a plus. Strong financial acumen Strong data modeling experience Strong business writing skills Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus Additional Information AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels.
