Dental Hygienist Department: Hygiene Employment Type: Full Time Location: Naperville, IL Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 / hour Description At Thomas Brown Dentistry, we've proudly served Naperville and the surrounding communities for more than 30 years by providing exceptional, patient-centered dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We're looking for a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients. Schedule

- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
- Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments
- Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments
- Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the applicable state required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
