Responsible for business analysis, and the development and management of high-level complexity technology projects in support of the TXNM Energy strategic plan. Initiates new projects, works with the respective Project Management Office (PMO), and/or Business Leads, and stakeholders to provide project basics (scope, requirements, schedule, and budget), and manages the project through completion, including management of all project finances if required for the work assignment Works within the TNMP and PNM BTS groups and coordinates with other internal departments and external third parties to ensure a successful project outcome.
