Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join an innovative, patient-centered healthcare model focused on Direct Primary Care (DPC). This role offers the opportunity to practice medicine with reduced administrative burden, smaller patient panels, and a strong emphasis on preventive care and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and/or family patient populations

- Build long-term relationships with patients through personalized care
- Utilize technology to enhance clinical efficiency and patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Med-Peds
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
- Comfortable using EMR and digital health tools
