UX Designer Job DescriptionDevelop front-end user interfaces for Web-based or other software products, including mobile and web console devicesCollaborate with back-end development, visual design, product management, and customersCode behaviors and functionality for current and future software applications using design specificationsMay assist with new user interface testing and participate in usability reviewsRemain current on user interface trends and programming techniques and suggest new tools and methods as necessaryMay be responsible for usability research and design in absence of dedicated usability team membersRequired Qualifications:Post-graduate degree, advanced training and/or certifications in relevant field of study3 or more years experience in Agile teams and/or product-based operating modelExperience in retail or groceryExperience leading others PeopleServe
