Job OpportunityA well-established and growing physician-owned primary care practice is seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join its clinical team in Leon Valley, TX.The practice emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care and values building long-term relationships with patients while allowing providers adequate time per visit.Experience is preferred; however, all qualified candidates will be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care settingPerform medical evaluations, examinations, and assessmentsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditionsOrder and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studiesPrescribe medications and treatment plans within scope of practicePerform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as requiredCoordinate care with physicians, specialists, and clinical staffMaintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR)Education & QualificationsBoard Certified FNP-C / FNP-BC or PA-CActive and unrestricted Texas state licenseActive DEA licenseFamiliarity with EHR/EMR medical charting systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented, adaptable, and flexibleCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation, commensurate with experienceStable, physician-led practice environmentOpportunity for long-term growth within a multi-location practiceWork Location: In person
