Ideal qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Passion for working with K-12 students in diverse educational settings
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for students’ evolving needs

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultative OT services to students across multiple districts
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation aligned with school and district requirements
• Support student engagement and independence in academic and functional tasks
• Travel between assigned schools in the region as needed
