Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead a complex Workday consolidation and ERP migration following an acquisition. This individual will coordinate multiple functional and technical workstreams manage an external consulting partner and drive project execution while navigating senior stakeholders in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead an enterprise Workday consolidation migrating approximately 2500 employees from an acquired organizations Workday environment into the existing enterprise instance.

• Manage the project plan milestones dependencies risks issues decisions and action items across multiple workstreams.

• Facilitate daily 8:00 a.m. ET standups and design sessions keeping meetings focused productive and aligned to project timelines.

• Coordinate stakeholders across HCM Finance Payroll Time and Attendance Security and Spend/Supply Chain.

• Partner with the external consulting firms Project Manager to establish clear ownership responsibilities and deliverables.

• Drive accountability across internal teams consultants and vendors; address missed commitments and escalate risks promptly.

• Communicate project status blockers priorities and decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Provide weekly kickoff updates outlining priorities owners action items and responsibilities.

• Deliver end-of-week status reports covering completed work outstanding items blockers accountable owners and upcoming priorities.

• Maintain RAID logs and project tracking in ServiceNow; develop detailed status reports using Excel or similar tools.

• Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively to support a demanding implementation timeline.

Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive senior-level project management experience leading complex ERP implementations migrations or enterprise system consolidations.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams dependencies milestones risks and deliverables under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and influence senior stakeholders.

• Assertive confident direct and tactful communication style; able to manage challenging personalities and push back professionally.

• Proven ability to hold internal teams external consultants and vendors accountable for commitments.

• Strong meeting facilitation skills including setting objectives keeping discussions on track and driving decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks early escalate blockers quickly and communicate issues clearly to leadership.

• Strong project controls and reporting experience including project plans RAID logs action items dependencies and executive status updates.

• Ability to coordinate business and technical teams in a complex highly matrixed organization.

• Availability for an intensive workload of approximately 50 hours per week including daily morning meetings during Eastern Time business hours.

• Willingness to travel to Charleston SC a few times during the engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct Workday implementation consolidation or Workday-to-Workday migration experience.

• Experience migrating or consolidating one ERP environment into another.

• Healthcare academic medical center or similarly complex enterprise experience.

• Experience managing acquisition integration programs.

• Experience working alongside Client or another large consulting partner and clearly defining delivery responsibilities.

• PMP or another project management certification.

• Workday project management certification.

• ServiceNow experience particularly for project tracking and RAID management.

• Experience creating detailed status-report templates in Excel or similar tools.

• Smartsheet experience.

• Experience managing hybrid delivery methodologies across different workstreams.
