Position Summary Physical Therapist, Outpatient Neuro/Ortho located at UCHealth Printers Park Med Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO. Department: Outpatient Rehabilitation. Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 per hour, dependent on relevant experience. This is an onsite role with no hybrid or remote option. Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred). CO state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer is required with a valid card at the start date. The card must remain valid for at least sixty days of hire. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions. Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. Provide patient and family education to empower recovery and promote long‑term well‑being. Precept and mentor new colleagues entering UCHealth. Contribute to safe and quality care at the point of service.
