Carrot is hiring a Claims Processor for an onsite role in West Des Moines, IA. You will adjudicate and process member out-of-pocket expenses, support eligibility checks, track claim lifecycles, and review Carrot Card transactions with a focus on accuracy and member satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
