Our client is a growing, physician-aligned healthcare organization expanding its specialty services across Central Florida. They are currently in the process of acquiring an established rheumatology practice, while also building out rheumatology as a service line. This creates a unique opportunity to step into an existing patient base or help grow a program from the ground up.

The Rheumatologist will diagnose and treat rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, and a full spectrum of autoimmune conditions. This is primarily an outpatient position with the option to incorporate inpatient work if desired. The provider will have access to an on-site infusion center and a full support team.

$275,000 $300,000 Base Salary 35% of Collections Above $200,000 per Quarter Relocation Assistance Available Full Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental) Retirement Plan 20 Days PTO + 6 Paid Holidays Malpractice Covered (Including Tail)

Board Eligible / Board Certified in Rheumatology Fellowship Trained Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain) Open to New Graduates

Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm) 16 Patients Per Day Outpatient Setting (Inpatient Optional) Full Scope Rheumatology Cases Access to On-Site Infusion Center Procedures (Joint Injections, etc.) Based on Preference No Call No Nights No Weekends
