Hospitality Associate/General Labor

We are hiring immediately for full time HOSPITALITY ASSOCIATE/ GENERAL LABOR positions. Location: 6430 Via Real, Carpinteria, CA 93013. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, morning or afternoon shift. Weekend availability is required. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is required. Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

Additional Job Duties:

• Support daily hospitality operations and work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to provide an efficient guest experience.
• Support front-of-house operations by preparing dining and service areas, stocking service stations, and maintaining guest-ready spaces.
• Monitor service areas and replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed throughout events.
• Assist with dishwashing, including washing, sanitizing, drying, and storing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
