Pay & Miles Pay is based on verified driving experience, with competitive CPM rates that reward both experience and consistency.

•

Drivers with 5+ years of experience earn $0.65 CPM

•

Drivers with 1-4 years of experience start at $0.60 CPM

•

After a successful 90-day review, pay increases to $0.62 CPM

•

After a successful 6-month review, pay increases to $0.65 CPM

•

Flat Rates paid on shorter runs

•

Paid weekly - Every

Wednesday (Sunday-Saturday pay period)

•

Average take-home :

$1,400-$1,800/week

•

2,500-2,800 miles/week average

•

$80.00/day per diem

•

One-day orientation - Paid

$150 on first dispatch
