Dietary Cook – Join Our Caring Team!Shifts Available:Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PMDo you enjoy cooking and making a difference in people's lives? We are seeking a cross-trained Dietary Aide / Cook to join our long-term care team. In this dual-role position, you'll rotate between cooking and dietary aide responsibilities to help ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent resident service.What You'll Do:Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and therapeutic diet guidelinesAccurately portion and plate meals for modified diets (mechanical soft, pureed, diabetic, etc.)Assist with tray line service, dishwashing, and kitchen cleanupMaintain food safety, proper temperatures, and sanitation complianceKeep the kitchen clean, organized, and inspection-readyProvide friendly, respectful service to residentsWhat We're Looking For:Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented individualsWillingness to work in both cook and dietary aide rolesFood service experience required (healthcare/LTC preferred)Knowledge of therapeutic diets a plusAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsWhy You'll Love Working Here: Stable, consistent shifts Variety in your daily responsibilitiesMeaningful work serving seniors Supportive leadership and team environment Growth opportunities in healthcare food serviceIf you're reliable, adaptable, and ready to be part of a team that truly cares - we'd love to meet you!
