Crane Workshop Admin
Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing , is hiring a Crane Workshop Admin for a growing team. We're looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Responsibilities- Update and maintain Excel trackers and inventory logs.
- Prepare reports (training provided).
- Create and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with tracking and sourcing parts.
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
