Texas Licensed Operations Trainer

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Texas Licensed Operations Trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs for remote contact-center and claims operations staff, focusing on onboarding, skill development, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities Deliver interactive training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and systems navigation for new hires and tenured staff Develop and maintain training materials, including SOPs and e-learning modules, to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles Monitor staff performance post-training to identify gaps and implement targeted interventions for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience in health plan operations, with 2-4 years in a training or instructional role Working knowledge of claims adjudication, appeals, and ICD-10/CPT coding Proven ability to engage remote audiences via video conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams Strong project-management skills to handle multiple training cohorts and deadlines simultaneously
