Job Summary As a contract Occupational Therapist, you will provide top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. Utilize your expertise to assess patients\' physical and cognitive abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy. Your compassionate approach will help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall independence and quality of life. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of licensed Occupational Therapist experience. (home health experience preferred). Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently. Responsive and timely communication through messaging. Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach. Requirements Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance. A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years. Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type. Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
