Speech Therapist

Job Title Falls City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Speech/Language Pathologist – PRN Location Falls City, NE Responsibilities Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders; develop appropriate treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Assess treatment outcomes for effectiveness; modify services in relation to patient evaluation and refer when appropriate. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders. Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries of services per regulatory and clinical requirements. Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system; maintain patient records per company policy. Qualifications Licensed Speech–Language Pathologist. Open to SLPs at all experience levels; new graduates welcome.
