Senior AI & Data Leader - Power & Utilities Transformation

The Opportunity As a Senior Manager in our AI & Data practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients define and execute their AI strategic vision, driving modernization and innovation in highly regulated environments. Your expertise will be essential for navigating industry challenges, improving operational reliability, and enhancing customer experiences. You will be entrusted with leading multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver AI strategies that align with operational realities. This position offers high visibility and significant opportunities to mentor the next generation of AI leaders in the Power & Utilities field. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Leading client engagements by translating strategic objectives into actionable AI and data roadmaps for various utility functions. Guiding clients through AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and model risk management. Taking on the role of technology leader, focusing on AI and data platform use cases relevant to Power & Utilities. Driving business development efforts including proposals and solution positioning. Developing EY AI delivery assets, accelerators, and frameworks for efficient AI engineering. Skills and Attributes for Success: Clear vision for how AI can transform Power & Utilities. Strong expertise in implementing responsible and explainable AI. In-depth understanding of utility operations and regulatory landscapes. Ability to build trusted relationships at the executive level. Strong technical fluency in AI and data analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (required) and 8-10 years of experience in delivering AI and analytics solutions, preferably within Power & Utilities. Experience in professional consulting with a focus on technology-enabled transformation. Deep familiarity with AI engineering and scalable cloud analytics. Experience working in Agile environments. Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
