Work You'll Do
As a Project - Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for...- Conducting market, financial, and operational analyses to support client engagements
- Developing presentations, models, and structured deliverables for client and internal stakeholders
- Supporting workstreams related to growth strategy, transformation, operating model, and business performance improvement
- Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings into clear recommendations
- Collaborating with engagement teams to manage timelines, action items, and deliverable development
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to provide clear guidance to others
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required with SCI eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or business analysis
- 2+ years of experience creating presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables
- 2+ years of experience researching corporate structures, financial information, and supply chains to identify national security, regulatory, or compliance risks related to mergers, acquisitions, and foreign investments
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, VA up to 5 days per week
