Delivery Director: Customer Implementations & Go-Live

ODW Logistics, Inc.

ODW Logistics, Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a Director of Delivery to own customer implementations from award to go-live and stabilization, coordinating across the PMO, IT, Ops, and finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will drive go-live readiness, post-go-live support, and ongoing process improvement, managing cross-functional teams and maintaining executive governance to achieve excellent customer outcomes.
