Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high performance online services for TikTok recommendation system to support various products, such as For You Feed, E-commerce, Social, etc.
• Build efficient and reliable data pipelines for candidate generation, profile generation, training examples, real-time online training, etc.
• Design and develop large-scale, globalized recommendation systems.
• Create high-performance computing frameworks and storage systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, expected to graduate in 2024.
• Experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
• Effective communication skills, self-driven, ownership-oriented.
• Experience in personalized recommendations, search engines, machine learning, distributed storage, or big data frameworks is a plus.

Job Information

The base salary range is $115,200 - $153,600 annually, with potential bonuses and stock options. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and more.
