Job Description Internal/Family Medicine Physician Location: Philadelphia & Bristol, PA Job Type: Part-time/Full-time Shifts: Days Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, mission-driven team delivering integrated medical and behavioral health care. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with substance use disorders, while providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Experience in addiction medicine is preferred; however, training and mentorship will be provided for candidates with a strong interest in this area. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress and outcomes Provide behavioral health support and counseling as appropriate Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records (e.g., eClinicalWorks) Stay current with evolving medical research, treatment protocols, and best practices Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited institution Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred (training available) Critical care experience is a plus Benefits: Competitive compensation with flexible scheduling Opportunity to work in an integrated, patient-centered care model Training and mentorship in addiction medicine and behavioral health Collaborative and supportive team environment Professional growth and leadership opportunities Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
