Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans devised by BCBAs to improve clients’ social, communication, and daily living skills. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress. Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies. Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records. Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions. Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles. Experience & Qualifications Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities. Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents. Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus. Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.
