You Have:

• 6+years of experiencesupporting the engineering ofinformationtechnology systems forNavy or Department of Defenseprojects

• 5+ years of experience with engineering and systemsarchitectures, including design, development, and integration throughout the systems engineering process and systems development life cycle

• Experience with writing high level documents, including Capability Development Document, Capability Package, or Initial Capabilities Document

• Ability to collectinformation to define system requirements and developconceptof operations,develop key performance parameters and derived requirements, analyzecustomer capabilities, and support mission through detailed processes and requirements traceability

• Ability to investigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications or technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple organizations

• Ability to lead Integrated Product Teams

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting NAVWAR or NIWC PAC programs

• Ability to communicate across all levels of business users and management

• Possession of excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification such as CSEP or ASEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
