Back of House Manager

What You’ll Do Lead daily Back of House operations in a high-volume brunch environment Ensure consistent execution of recipes, preparation standards, and food quality Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Oversee inventory management, product ordering, and proper food rotation Partner with store leadership to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction Train new team members while supporting ongoing skill development Execute new menu rollouts and culinary initiatives Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, organization, and efficiency Lead by example during peak service periods Support both Front of House and Back of House teams in delivering the Biscuit Love experience What You’ll Bring Previous kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment Full availability, including weekends, holidays, and opening shifts Strong communication and training skills A team-first mindset and commitment to developing others Experience with inventory management, ordering, and food cost awareness Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions under pressure Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Perks + Benefits $22–$28/hr average earnings ($15/hr base pay + tip share) Overtime eligibility Health insurance available Day 1 for full-time team members Free meal and drink every shift Annual raises and advancement opportunities Access to our Staff Care Program for wellness, counseling, and support resources Leadership development and management training Monthly Culture Class and team events Opportunity to grow with a values-driven company committed to investing in its people Why This Role Matters Our Kitchen Managers help shape the experience of both our guests and our team members.
