WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of hourly roles, as well as salaried positions as needed Create a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience for new hires Conduct stay and exit interviews to help us continuously improve retention Partner with managers on employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment Support training and development initiatives that help our people grow Contribute to HR operations including HRIS management, reporting, policy development, and process improvement Participate in employee committees and help shape our workplace culture WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field 2–3 years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, training, and HRIS Solid knowledge of employment law (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, etc.) Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Someone who leads with integrity and keeps confidentiality at the forefront A continuous learner who approaches challenges with curiosity and openness — you know that the best solutions often come from collaboration and a willingness to evolve YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE SHRM-CP or PHR certification Experience with ADP Workforce Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
