Bilingual Spanish/English Mental Health Therapist

Overview Ellie Mental Health is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English licensed mental health provider (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our brand-new clinic serving Miami-Dade and Broward County. This in-person position is located in Hollywood, FL, with options for some remote work. We offer a blended service model with in-person and telehealth options within a modern, welcoming office environment. As a therapist at Ellie, you will share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and work within a culture driven by authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Our clinics are structured to reduce obstacles to delivering quality services and support clinicians with centralized administrative resources, scheduling assistance, client/therapist matching, and more. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including updates to diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance community mental health access Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol For Full-Time clinicians, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Required Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity with a diverse client base Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $55 to $65 per session ($70,000-$84,500 per year) for full-time roles Health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays Flexible full-time or part-time schedules (days, evenings, weekends) Blended in-person and telehealth service model Supportive, modern office environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Ellie Mental Health-Pembroke Pines, FL
