Charlotte Heating & Air is a locally owned, family-operated company with a strong reputation for quality and integrity throughout the greater Charlotte area. We're growing steadily and looking for an experienced Lead Service Technician who wants to mentor others while continuing to advance their own career.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $35.00+ per hour, based on experience
- Up to $12,000 Sign-On Bonus for the right candidate

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends and overtime as needed)
What You'll Do:
- Deliver expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Provide honest, professional recommendations on repair vs. replacement
- Lead by example and mentor junior technicians in the field
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the highest level of service and care
- Help maintain strong team performance and technical standards
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a wide range of HVAC equipment
- Experience making repair vs. replace decisions
- Solid customer service skills with a professional approach
- Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to guide others
Preferred Qualifications:
- Universal EPA Certification
- 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Insurable driving record
- Own set of tools
- Service Titan experience (a plus)
