Nuclear Operations Training Developer

To support a reactor demonstration project, the contract Nuclear Operations Training Material Developer will develop and implement training programs and materials for licensed and non-licensed operators, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develops operator training processes and programs, ensuring compliance with NRC regulations and INPO accreditation criteria Creates high-quality training curriculum using the Systematic Approach to Training and revises programs based on plant design changes Coordinates with various departments and organizations to enhance training programs and prepares trainee evaluations and examination materials Required qualifications Associate degree in science or engineering Four years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience Two years of experience as a simulator instructor or equivalent Previous SRO/RO license holder or four years of SRO-certification experience Mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge related to licensed operator training programs
