- Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members
- Notify therapists of changes in patient status and document in the medical record
- Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit timely
- Graduate of an accredited two year occupational therapy assistant program
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia
- BCLS certified
- Experience preferred
