Demos' is looking for grill/line cooks to join our team. We will train you to be part of our award-winning service staff where you can maximize your earning potential through our cross-training opportunities. The back of the house employees are the backbone for our entire operation.

Responsibilities

• We want to WOW our customers by doing more than just cooking food.
• Coachable attitude
• Engage in a friendly manner when customers enter the building
• Follows our recipes and checklists to ensure a consistent product and safe environment
• Work with others to ensure orders get out in a timely fashion
• Demonstrate upbeat attitude, professionalism, punctuality, high standards & teamwork
• Must have the ability to handle high volume work
