The Position The Regional Director of Operations will provide strategic oversight, drive operational performance, and support the growth of multiple clinic locations within an assigned region. Reports to the organization’s Chief Operations Officer. This leader’s primary responsibility will be to drive alignment from senior leadership to clinic‑level staff, ensuring clear communication of goals and expectations. Additionally, the individual will oversee labor forecasting and scheduling while ensuring clinical teams operate at the highest level of care, with effective processes and workflows in place.
